Criselda Ilagan Young Senior – Vice President and Head of Administration
Criselle had her education towards social work, but had been trained in office administrative functions from her work in Canada. Growing up as a teenager in Canada in the 70′s, Criselle had first hand experience with the OFW way of life and thinking. Working alongside her husband, Willy, she was opened up to the world of financial planning and how important it is for her fellow kababayans. Through this work, she quickly grew in love with WVYoung’s FOSO (Foreign Outreach Servicing Operations) which would reach out to Filipinos all over the world. She loves making a difference in the lives of the people she meets, and shares with them the power of dreams, self education, daring to be different and being the best for our God. Criselle’s dream is to see the reunification of families separated due to work overseas. She believes this can be attained if one would take time for education, planning and seeing other ways in which it is not only man working for money, but instead having their money work for them. This way, they can do what God has intended for them to do – Live a life victorious in all aspects.
